Rink & Ribbons is a locally owned, woman-owned small business specializing in custom apparel, accessories, and promotional items. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

All custom orders are final. Please review all proofs, mockups, and spelling carefully before approving your design. Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final design proof.

Typical production time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment.
Delays may occur due to supply shortages, shipping delays, or seasonal demand. You will be notified of any significant changes.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, or other approved forms.
Unpaid invoices after 14 days may be subject to cancellation.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery for resolution.

All artwork and designs created by Rink & Ribbons remain our intellectual property unless purchased with full design rights.
Logos and marks provided by clients remain the property of their respective owners.

Slight color variations between digital mockups and final printed products may occur due to monitor and fabric differences.
We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible.

Rink & Ribbons proudly gives back to the community through team fundraisers, apparel kickbacks, and local event support.
